These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the ZORN TALES website, mobile game and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and Age
The Service is intended for users aged 13 years and over.

5. Purchases and Virtual Items
The Service may offer one-time purchases of digital content, including digital currency, Virtual Items, cosmetic features and other in-game benefits.
Prices, currencies, taxes and available items may vary by country and will be shown before you confirm a purchase.
A purchase is completed after the payment is successfully confirmed and the purchased content is made available to the relevant account or game data.
Virtual Items and digital currency are licensed digital content for use within the Service. They:
have no cash or real-world monetary value;
are not legal tender or financial products;
cannot normally be exchanged for cash;
cannot normally be transferred, traded or sold outside the Service; and
do not give you any ownership rights in the underlying game or Service.
We may adjust, replace, suspend or remove Virtual Items or other in-game content where necessary for game balancing, security, technical, legal or operational reasons. Any applicable refund or other remedy will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.
6. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
You must use the Service lawfully and fairly. You must not:
cheat, exploit bugs or use unauthorized software, scripts, bots or other tools to gain an unfair advantage;
interfere with the Service, servers, networks or security features;
harass, threaten, impersonate or defame other users or third parties;
upload malware, unlawful content or material that infringes another person's rights;
use the Service for unauthorized commercial activities, account trading or advertising;
attempt to access another person's account, payment information or personal information; or
use the Service in any way that may damage, disrupt or compromise the Service or other users' experience.
We may take appropriate action, including restricting or suspending access, where we reasonably believe these rules have been breached.
7. User Feedback

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service or create a security or legal risk.
We may also discontinue the Service or particular features for operational, technical or business reasons.
If your access is terminated, your licence to use the Service will end and you must stop using the Service. Provisions that are intended to continue after termination, including those relating to intellectual property, Virtual Items, liability and disputes, will continue to apply.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
If a dispute arises, you should first contact us by email so that we can try to resolve the matter informally.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights or remedies available to you under the laws that apply to you.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, our business or applicable laws.
The updated Terms will be posted on this website with a new Last Updated date and will take effect when posted, unless a later effective date is stated.
Where a change materially affects your rights, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.
